Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Exchange
1.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
1.2 Initiating an Exchange
To start an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Care at customercare@ibrah.com.kw to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Clearly label the package with the provided RMA.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by Customer Care.
1.3 Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
1.4 Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Certain items, such as custom orders, intimate apparel, and final sale items, are not eligible for exchange.
2. Refunds
We do not generally offer refunds, as our policy focuses on exchanges. However, refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as if the item is out of stock for exchange. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt. We will address the issue promptly by offering an exchange or a refund if an exchange isn’t possible.
