1. Exchange
1.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
1.2 Initiating an Exchange
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@ibrah.com.kw to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
Clearly label the package with the provided RMA request.
Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our Customer Care team.
1.3 Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
